One-to-one bespoke Yoga Therapy

I have only one or two availabilities for one-to-one yoga therapy and consultations this term.

Online, or in person, these personalised sessions are designed specifically to your unique needs, and allow plenty of time for your questions and feedback.

These one-to-one sessions combine all of my training and experience gained over more than a decade working in education and yoga with all sorts of people and a broad variety of needs and abilities. From children with special needs, to complete yoga beginners, to pregnant women and new mothers, to long time yoga practitioners, trainee teachers, and everything in between!

This is Yoga Therapy, tailored specifically to your unique needs, including a consultation to determine what you are looking for.

Whether you are returning to yoga after an injury, looking for support with stress management, or can’t find a class at a time that suits you - we can find a time and place that fits into your life.

Maybe you want to deepen your understanding of yoga asana, breathwork, meditation or philosophy, learn how to adapt your practice to support your menstrual cycle, or develop a practice that suits your unique body - these bespoke sessions are for you.

I also work with and mentor trainee and recently qualified yoga teachers during and after trainings to help expand and deepen your knowledge, practice and practical skills to feel ready to teach.

I have some availability over the summer and can either come to your house with all the equipment, we can meet online, or in the beautiful Macha Yoga Studio, Bray. It could be one off consultation, or a weekly commitment to your self care and development - read on for more details…


1:1 classes details:

• Sessions are between 75 and 90 minutes long

• Before we start, included in the price for first class, we have a phone consultation to create a bespoke yoga therapy practice uniquely catering to your current wants and needs, for example a physical focus, mental health, deepening your knowledge of yoga etc (this can evolve each week)

If you choose more than one session
• Each week we will assess how you feel at the beginning of the session and adapt accordingly

• We will also develop a sequence and poses that you can work with in your own time - with notes included for you to follow when I'm not there

• You will receive a recording of your personalised guided meditation and relaxation for use in your own time when you book 4 or more sessions.
