A practical course suitable for anyone with or without meditation experience.

I have been practicing meditation since 2003 and teaching yoga and meditation since 2012. Having had the pleasure of working with so many different types of people, from eager adults to reluctant teens, fidgety primary school kids to empowered mums-to-be, I've noticed which exercises are the most effective and would love to share them with you!

Did you know that your breathing affects the levels of stress hormones in your system? Over these 5 days together you will learn simple but powerful techniques that are guaranteed to reduce stress and anxiety, help with concentration, release mental and physical tension and also deeply relax your body and mind.

No matter what your life has been like during these strange times, the tools and skills you'll learn in this course will be invaluable as we continue to navigate whatever "normal" 2021 will bring.

- 5 live 45 min classes, with some theory & guidelines, a guided meditation or relaxation practice, plus question time.

- recording of live class in case you couldn't make it

- daily email with pdf of step by step guidelines for each technique

At the end of the course you will also receive

- mp3 recording of the guided meditation or relaxation from each day for your own use

- access to a private playlist of class videos: 5 recordings of the guidelines and meditation from each day (minus question time for privacy)
