YOGA FLOW AND YOGA NIDRA WORKSHOP ACCOMPANIED BY BEAUTIFUL LIVE MUSIC BY NIWEL TSUMBU

This workshop will open and close with a yoga nidra guided meditation and relaxation practice. Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a deeply restful and healing experience, connecting to and relaxing each part of the body, soothing the mind, and welcoming you home to yourself.

We'll listen to the breath, and gently start to move the body with some hatha yoga flow, quiet the mind with some yin yoga poses before finishing with another generous yoga nidra practice.

Accompanying us on this journey, we will have beautiful live music by the amazingly talented musician Niwel Tsumbu. Niwel is one of my favourite guitarists, and I'm so excited to have him join us and add his unique, intuitive music to our yoga experience for the first time, hopefully not the last!
