Looking forward to my next Pregnancy Yoga Workshop at the lovely Yoga Nest in Kilcoole… 2 hours of breathing and yoga exercises specially adapted to pregnancy, and a lovely relaxation to close, along with some useful information to help prepare for birth.

Yoga helps us find inner calm and balance, and reduces stress. You will also learn breathing exercises, positions and affirmations that help you to prepare for labour.
