Community Doulas are thrilled to be facilitating a #PYB2019 Paint Your Bump for Maternal Mental Health event.  Sandy, Ceara and Eleanor will talk and hold the conversation around all things Matresence: The Birth of The Mother, alongside discussing your expectations of becoming a mother, and provide useful tips around optimising your rest and recovery once your baba arrives into your world.

The amazing Laura from QuaintBaby Ultrasound Art will be one of the artists painting bumps on the night.  Alongside Laura will be the wonderfully talented Ali Coughlan of Crafteaparties.  Aoife of Ahimsa Yoga Ireland will be leading us in her beautiful Yoga Nidra bringing us connection, stillness and space for our bodies. 
Bronwyn and Sharon of hippyandbloom Photography will take photographs and provide the digital images to the pregnant people for no cost!

There will be a cost of €5 per person on the night.  This cost will cover the artist materials, and a cuppa.  We can't wait to see you and your bumps to highlight Maternal Mental Health!
